L'Aljub: An Oasis Destination that redefines the Shopping Center experience
Summary
Together with our creative partner Creaktivamente, we carried out a complete transformation of the brand universe for the L’Aljub shopping center in Elche.
The process began with an in-depth restyling of all communications, establishing a new brand territory focused on offering an experience of disconnection and leisure, which we called Oasis Destination.
This concept positions the visitor as the protagonist of a “journey” to a place of rest and enjoyment. The new communication strategy was implemented not only through campaigns and promotional actions but also through the physical transformation of the shopping center itself.
Result
The restyling positioned L’Aljub as a benchmark within its area of influence, thanks to its distinctive communication and the quality of the experience offered to visitors.
The communication actions, which were innovative and focused on values such as sustainability, inclusion, and proximity, created a deep connection with the public. Additionally, the 360° approach fostered an environment where every visit became a unique experience, leading to greater customer loyalty and satisfaction.
The campaigns and events organized by the shopping center not only increased visitor traffic but also facilitated encounters and experiences that strengthened the consumer’s relationship with the brand.
