Make an industrial brand more approachable
Summary
We transformed the customer experience of the brand by moving away from a technical B2B communication approach and adopting a fresher, more relatable tone. The update included a revamp of corporate information and direct marketing under the concept “Be like a coco.”
We redesigned corporate materials, including brochures, catalogs, and technical data sheets, and unified the communication under a strong, cohesive concept.
This coordinated approach was also applied to sample deliveries and direct marketing, ensuring a consistent and immersive presentation of the product.
