Searching for talent and fostering entrepreneurship
Summary
Labora launched its “Labora Empren” program for the first time to promote an entrepreneurship model capable of harnessing talent.
At Sensei, we took care of the entire strategy, creativity, and graphic identity of the program. We created a young and dynamic identity, direct and focused on attracting participants to the program.
To achieve this, we developed a landing page, created and managed its social media channels, and ran various targeted social ads campaigns based on areas of interest.
Result
The dynamic nature of the creativity allowed us to tailor local messages that captured the attention of residents, successfully achieving the participation goals set.
