Supporting women in STEM through EDP's commitment

Summary

EDP was aware that only 30% of STEM positions were held by women. For this reason, they aimed to promote greater female leadership in these fields.

Agencia Sensei created an experimental video featuring 8 children (ages 4-8) to explore whether certain jobs are perceived as “more for women” or “more for men,” challenging gender stereotypes.

Result

The “Rebels for Change” campaign was broadcast in Spain, Portugal, Brazil, France, the United Kingdom, and Germany.
